"False Profits" Commentary.

Ferengi in the Delta Quadrant? We thought we'd seen the last of the scheming Ferengi pair Arridor and Kol when they were stranded on the other side of the unstable Barzan Wormhole in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The Price." Little did we know at the time that we would get a sequel to "The Price" in the form of the third-season Voyagerepisode, "False Profits." Unsurprisingly, with the help of a salvaged replicator, Arridor and Kol have co-opted the local mythology and cornered the market on lobe-shaped costume jewelry on a pre-warp planet in the Delta Quadrant.

In this episode of To The Journey, hosts Zachary Fruhling and Suzanne Williamson bend the Prime Directive in an audio commentary on "False Profits."

11:59.    It is rare that we see an actor take time out of their contracted role to play another character in the same show. Kate Mulgrew does just that in 11:59 where she plays Shannon O'Donnell, an ancestor of Kathryn Janeway in the year 2000. 11:59 is an episode that does not stick in one's mind as a memorable; however, it does bring to light some interesting questions on ancestry, the accuracy of history, and your own legacy...

Living Witness Commentary. What would you do if you woke up 700 years in the future but you felt like only a day had passed? Thankfully, you don't have a backup module like the Doctor does.  In this episode of To The Journey, Char and Tristan do their own live commentary for the season four episode "Living Witness...

Tom Paris Marathon. It's a crisp Sunday in October. The coffee's ready, the blankets are out, and Netflix is calling your name. It's time for a Voyager marathon. Longtime To The Journey listeners know how much Char and Tristan love creating five-episode marathons. So it should come as no surprise that in this episode, they resurrect the character-based marathon series they started tens of episodes ago and create a marathon centered around their favorite Tom Paris moments...
