Season 1: The STEM Brothers Podcast Episode 11- Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Encryption and All Points In Between

National Engineers Week Celebration Special:
Journeys To Success in Engineering Part 2

Join us as we close out National Engineers Week 2016 with a special episode and once again follow the journey of another fellow engineering graduate and hear how pursuing a degree in the Engineering element of STEM can prepare you for a diverse array of career opportunities. In this episode we speak with entrepreneur, higher education executive, business leader, and civil engineering graduate Mr. Dallas Grundy.

Dallas and his group of friends, who were also engineering majors, started a successful business while they undergraduate students in the Rutgers University School of Engineering. That business eventually grew into the national consulting and information technology services firm, BCT Partners, which is based in Newark, New Jersey. You will learn what attracted Dallas to engineering and how that interest developed into a lifelong mission to improve the lives of others and strengthen communities. My brother and I also discuss the important role of STEM literacy plays in the Apple iPhone encryption case with the United States Department of Justice.
