Photo: Sharon McCutcheon https://www.childrenshour.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/TCH_Bill-of-Rights-Part3_podcast.mp3 We continue our series on the Bill of Rights this week on The Children's Hour with an episode about the 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th Amendments with Micah McCoy from the ACLU New Mexico. Learn if we really have a right to privacy, and what rights we have if we are charged with a crime. Plus the kids from the Extinction Diaries tell us about the effects of extinction on humans. We mix it all with great music, and conversation. The Children’s Hour is supported by the Cultural Services Department and the Urban Enhancement Trust Fund at the City of Albuquerque, city councilor Pat Davis, as well as Bernalillo County, New Mexico’s Commission. This project is supported in part by an award from New Mexico Arts, a division of the Department of Cultural Affairs, and by the National Endowment for the Arts. We also have support from Electric Playhouse and numerous foundations also support our work including the Infinite Gesture Fund, The Limestone Fund, and The Laughing Buddha Fund. Thank you to our listeners who contribute to us through the Paypal Giving Fund, Paypal, and by subscribing to our podcasts on Patreon. durationtitleartistalbumlabel 03:10Living in a Beatles SongDavid Gibb & Brady Rymer and the Little Band That CouldSongs Across the Pond2020 Bumblin' Bee Records 03:38Special StarCosherSingleGALLO MUSIC 2020 01:204th AmendmentBriana Marela27: The Most Perfect Album2018 New York Public Radio 01:00This Is Not a TestWookiefootOut of the Jar2003 Mark Murphy 01:295th Amendment RapConrad MenchinesingleMenchine 02:00I Fought The LawJune Tabor & The Oyster BandFreedom and Rain TourCooking Vinyl 1991 03:41Bill of RightsShoeless Jeff & Scott FreeSmart SongsSmart Songs Inc 2008 04:33Garden of EdenNew Riders of the Purple SageNew Riders of the Purple SageOriginally Recorded 1971 & Released 2003, Originally Released 1971 (P) 2003 Sony Music Entertainment Inc. 04:07LemonadeSuzanne JamiesonLemonade - Single2020 Suzanne Jamieson
