Problem solving using the LATTE Negotiation Method
With as many problems as all women leaders in male-dominated fields are faced within their profession and workplace, it looks like there is never enough time and resources to solve each one without encountering hardships on the way. Problems keep escalating so fast that often times leaders are forced to take shortcuts to briefly ease the tension points and find solutions to the next problem. As a result, they fail to solve the root of each problem, therefore remaining in an ending-cycle that makes it an uphill task to find any effective solution. That’s where ZeroGap.co. comes in handy. We curate leadership learning experiences to help companies to be more innovative and competitive while tapping into a diverse talent pool. Why does this matter, focusing on women in male-dominated industries? There are numerous reports that show that companies who are diverse in leadership, they innovate and drive higher profitability than those companies who aren't as diverse.
