Tom J. Deters ("Pro You Podcast" Host) - How to Learn From Our Mistakes and Find Our Strength
The author Paul Coelho once wrote, "When you find your path, you must not be afraid. You need to have sufficient courage to make mistakes." Today, I got a chance to sit down with a fitness and wellness hero of mine, Tom J. Deters. Tom has been training the comedian Chris Hardwick of Nerdist Industries for ten years, is a world class martial artist, and inspires people all over the globe to make positive healthful choices with his wonderful podcast "Pro You". We get a chance to discuss what it means to learn from the mistakes of our past and how to find our strength in the present. Tom is a wonderful and powerful force for good in this world and I felt very lucky to be able to have him be a part of the podcast. I loved doing this interview and I hope you love listening to it!
