This Oven Baked Chicken Recipe can feed an entire family, and they will love it so much that it will become a staple in your kitchen.

Dianne, as always, uses simple ingredients that anyone can toss together to make this dish. You can use your favorite chicken pieces to make it – whether it’s breasts, or thighs – or both. Be sure to listen to the instructions on how to make it!

Here is what you will need:

♨ Chicken pieces (breast, thighs, or both)
♨ Olive Oil spray
♨ Oat Bran (enough to coat the Chicken pieces)
♨ Potatoes
♨ Carrots
♨ 2-3 packages of dry, natural Italian Salad Dressing Mix
♨ Garlic Salt (to taste)

Note: As a variation, try adding ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar – simply pour it over the dish before placing chicken in the oven.
