Here is what you will need:

♨ Sourdough Bread (or any whole grain bread)
♨ Vegenaise Mayo
♨ Lettuce or Sprouts (or both)
♨ Cucumber
♨ Pickle
♨ Tomato
♨ Avocado
♨ Cheese of choice (Mozzarella works well)
♨ Lemon Juice (or Pepperoncini Juice)
♨ Salt and Pepper to taste (optional)

Be sure to listen all the way to the end to find out the best way to melt the cheese on your sandwich, and why you have to use a serrated knife to slice it. (Hint: Don’t put the second part of the sandwich on until AFTER the cheese is melted.)
